Hermann Oak ® Single Belt Bends The Single Bend is the premium part of the hide, but unlike imported vegetable tanned leathers, these are cut from Hermann Oak heavy native steers, which means the single bend will be larger, giving you a greater cutting yield. Excellent for belts and straps! Most will cut between 16 & 18 1-1/2” strips from 52" to 60" long. If you have to have the best, quite simply, this is it. Whether you’re making belts, or carving pictures, this
