AQUILIM 315 WATER-BASED CONTACT ADHESIVE Aquilim 315 is a water-based contact adhesive and can be used for almost any leather project. The bonding strength is incredible and is comparable to solvent-based adhesives. It is manufactured in Germany and has been used for many years in the shoe making industry. You can trust that this will stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use. This adhesive, while having the strength to hold...it doesn’t have the smell to make you run out of the room. It goes on white and dries clear. It has a working time of 2-3 min and fully dries in less than 15 min. Never worry about getting glue on your finished edges, just grab some water and wipe it away. We have found that is works well with Veg tanned leather best, but is still amazing when gluing Chrome tanned leather. Strong, Flexible, and little to NO SMELL!!

RENIA KLEBFEST CEMENT- ORIGINAL

This industrial strength contact cement from Renia is solvent based but it’s completely Toluene and MEK free! This strong adhesive has extraordinarily high initial bonding strength, allowing you to handle the glued pieces almost immediately, rather than having to wait for an extended time for it to set. This glue will work on leather, rubber, paper, felt, cork, polyurethane, foam, metal foils, wood, veneers, etc. though you might have to apply a second coat for more porous materials. This is great for shoe repair! It’s non-water soluble, water resistant, dries clear and has an incredibly long shelf life!
