The Locking Rider Stirrup Adjustment Buckle is designed with a locking clip and pin system that stays locked until you need to change it. The pins, sleeve and locking tab are made of high quality stainless steel and the tongue is constructed of high strength aluminum. These made-in-the-USA buckles are designed with the highest quality materials to prevent rusting or bending.
